Below is a list of frequently asked questions:

The early bird delegate rate of £1,099 plus VAT is available until 30 September 2020. Bookings made after this date will be charged at £1,299 plus VAT.

If you are attending as a group of 3+ a 15% discount will be applied. Simply choose the category "Attendee - Group" when registering.

The are numerous opportunities for you to network with the attendees throughout the conference, including;

- Two evening receptions (9 and 10 November)
- Networking breaks (refreshments, coffee and lunches) throughout the agenda
- A networking list will also be sent to attendees after the event listing contact details for all those who have given permission to share their information.

Conference Timings:
Registration: 10 & 11 November 2020 8am - 9am 
Sessions: 10 & 11 November 2020 9am - 5:30pm

Evening Receptions:
Monday 9 November 2020 6pm - 8pm
Tuesday 10 November 2020 5:30pm - 7:30pm

We have secured an exclusive hotel rate of £229 per night for attendees (inclusive of breakfast, WiFi, use of hotel facilities and exclusive of VAT). A link to book your accommodation for the rescheduled dates will be coming soon. All rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis so please make your reservation as early as possible to secure a room at this rate.

We work closely with buyers to overcome their toughest challenges and address their core issues, and their presence at our conferences is integral to our success. Therefore we warmly invite all qualifying airline operators to attend Engine Leasing, Trading & Finance free of charge. 

Qualifying representatives for airlines must hold a job function within the areas of purchasing, maintenance, overhaul, engineering, supply chain or technology. Representatives in sales/business development/marketing/customer service roles or from third party maintenance affiliates do not qualify for a free place.  Please click here for more details

Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing all event information as well as a receipt of payment, or an invoice, depending on your payment method. If you have registered and not received this email, please contact [email protected]

All attendees will be sent an email after the conference with a link to the feedback survey. Upon completion of this survey you will be redirected to download the presentations.

Registration can be made online. We do accept registrations onsite, however we would recommend registering in advance to save time on arrival.

You will be able to collect your badge during the Welcome Reception from 6pm - 8pm on 9 November 2020, or between 8am - 9am on 10 and 11 November 2020.

We appreciate that your plans may change. Our cancellation policy allows for a refund, less a 20% administrative charge, for cancellations received in writing at least six (6) weeks prior to the first event date. No refunds will be made after this date however you may send a substitute. Any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. By submitting your registration, you authorize Informa to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fee. If a registered delegate does not cancel and fails to attend the conference, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued. Should Informa Markets postpone an event, your registration will automatically roll over to the new date. If an event is cancelled, a credit will be immediately issued for up to 12 months after the notification of event cancellation, to attend another Informa Markets program of the registrant’s choice.
