To register for the group discount, you must register 3 or more attendees at the same time, using one payment method.


Airline Qualification
*To qualify for a free place you must work at an airline and hold a job function within the areas of purchasing, maintenance, overhaul, engineering, supply chain or technology.

Representatives in sales/business development/marketing/customer service roles or from third party maintenance affiliates do not qualify for a free place.

Payment Methods

You can pay via credit card through our secure online payment system or request to pay via invoice (if booking more than 30 days before the conference).

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that your plans may change. Our cancellation policy allows for a refund, less a 20% administrative charge, for cancellations received in writing at least six (6) weeks prior to the first event date. No refunds will be made after this date however you may send a substitute. Any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. By submitting your registration, you authorize Informa to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fee. If a registered delegate does not cancel and fails to attend the conference, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued. Should Informa Markets postpone an event, your registration will automatically roll over to the new date. If an event is cancelled, a credit will be immediately issued for up to 12 months after the notification of event cancellation, to attend another Informa Markets program of the registrant’s choice.
